Giddiness ruled at Andrex Towers when I got the email saying we’d finally made it onto the BBC. The story is that I’d met Lizzie Bradley, an electronic artist from Melbourne, then living in London, and asked her if she’d like to collaborate. The result was Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams’ version of Cinderella. “Lyrics that are a bit special” was how Alan Raw described it, so you can be sure I’ll be milking that one to death. By the way, the band name is a Sylvia Plath short story (and book) that I can heartily recommend.
