Open Frequencies: The Troubadour, Earls Court

As a child, if you’d promised me faithfully that one day I’d regularly perform in London, I’d have been quite chipper about the future.  If you’d said that such engagements would involve bumping into members of Led Zeppelin I’d have liked the idea but dismissed you as delusional.  However, after Jimmy Page came to our regular EMOM you are delusional no more.  Mind you, it was fortunate that (a) I’d done my bit and (b) He hadn’t popped down while I was doing the pieces that used Led Zeppelin loops.  As it was I engaged in the sort of conversation normally reserved for experiments in teaching primates basic verbal communication but it made me a bit giddy.
